How Lessons Work
Every lesson is 1:1 and built around a shared interactive whiteboard.
For exam students, Inés assesses current level, target grade and exam board. For adult learners, she talks through your goals — whether it's travel, work, family or a long-held ambition — and finds the right starting point either way.
For exam students, it's mapped directly to the relevant specification and mark scheme. For adult learners, it's built entirely around what you actually want to achieve. Either way, never a generic, one-size-fits-all course.
Every lesson runs on a shared interactive whiteboard, so you can write, draw, annotate and correct in real time — with real conversation practice built in from day one for adult learners.
For exam students, that's the advantage of learning from an examiner: knowing exactly how marks are awarded and lost. For adult learners, it's practical vocabulary for the situations that matter to you, from ordering tapas to closing a business deal.
So parents always know what's been covered and what's next — and adult learners can see, lesson by lesson, exactly how far they've come.
Every lesson covers all four core skills — listening, speaking, reading and writing — including pronunciation, with a native speaker's ear for the sounds of Castilian Spanish from central Spain. Inés also works through the trickier grammar points and cultural context that textbooks often skip, always adapting her explanations to how you learn best. Being a native speaker helps, but it's her qualifications and years of classroom experience that make the difference — and her own near-native level of English means nothing gets lost along the way.
